Electrical Technician urgently required for Dairy company Plant at Muscat OmanBenefit: Salary:300 OMRFree accommodationYearly ticket30 Days annual leaveOther facility will be as per work requirement and gradeJob Purpose: The position responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical systems , High Voltage and Low voltage distribution networks, Plant equipment like filler andpackaging equipment and processing equipment.? Ensure that prompt, uninterrupted, and effective support is provided to manufacturing team.? Demonstrate and execute progressive maintenance, support to automation/electrical and mechanical maintenance.? Focused improvement and total productive maintenance culture in the entire plant to achieve targeted equipment efficiency.? Ensure technical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.? Ensure that PM is effectively implemented.? Diagnosing the issue and making the corresponding repairs to address malfunctioning machines.? Repair and perform preventive maintenance on machines as per established standards to avoid machine downtime.? Troubleshoot electrical and automation controls for machines.? Keep Meticulous Records of Machine Service History? Calibration of all process variables instruments.? Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems? Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems? Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)? Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components? Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units? Ensure to handle shift duties independentlyQualification & Skills? High school diploma or equivalent? Diploma in relevant vocational training and successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician? Valid license to practice profession? Proven experience minimum 5 years as an electrician / Experience in farm, Dairy plant, industrial electrical systems? Experience in Dairy plant is preferred with the working knowledge of dairy processing equipment, filling and downline equipment.? Demonstrable ability to use all electrical and instrumentation tools and electrical drawings and blueprints.? Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines? Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability? Skilled in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems at the farm? Must be alert, a self- motivator, and attention to detail?
