KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore responsibilitiesCorporate Sales Executive:? Acquiring new corporate sales accounts.? Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.? Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.? Answering customers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.? Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.? Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.? Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.? Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.? Analysing competitors products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.? Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm?s freight transportation servicesSelf-management responsibilities? Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Managing Director to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended? Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role? Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued educational and professional growthPerforms other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Managing Director in order to contribute to the overall departmental growth.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESBachelor?s degree in business administration, business management or relevant field.A minimum of 3 years of corporate sales in freight forwarding, logistics & last mile delivery.To work as a logistics sales executive.Job Specific Skills
