Job Description

One of our well-established global service provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers for business growth for the Smart Cities, IOT , Home Automation, BMS and ELV Systems.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Analyzing business potential and implementing plans to drive sales, supplementing turnover, and achieving the desired targets.
  • Read design drawings/tenders and lead the interactions with contractors and consultants.
  • Get the product/solution approved by consultants and included in their vendor list for future projects.
  • Determining prospective clients from various sectors & thus achieving business targets.
  • Recognizing & establishing financially strong & reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration and monitoring distribution networks to always ensure ready availability of the services.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Preferred), MBA will be an added plus to profile.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers for business growth.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Project Sales of Home Automation, IOT, BMS and ELV systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Have a strong track record in business development and be capable of hitting the ground running, using current relevant clients and contacts to immediately win business.
