Job Description

DescriptionWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify clients financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience in customer relationship management software
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, any regional language skills would be a plus
