Job Description

  • Hands-on Functional and Configuration experience with Oracle HCM Payroll (Must have)
  • Minimum3-4 implementations of functional HCM with Payroll Fast Formula.
  • Defining and Documenting business requirements, Setups, and AIM methodology
  • Reviewing all Geography specific business processes pertaining to Payroll as an SME
  • Upgrade experience preferred
  • Ability to work on all phases of the Project Initiation, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, testing, and Support
  • Business Knowledge, Setup, and Configurations required
