Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts cum Admin Executive. As the Accounts cum Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and administrative tasks of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set in both accounts and administrative functions.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entriesPrepare and process invoices, credit & debit note and expense reportsMonitor and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactionsPrepare financial statements and reports for management reviewHandle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsAssist with budgeting and forecasting activitiesManage employee expense reimbursements and petty cash expendituresProvide administrative support, including answering phone calls, organizing meetings, Payroll & leave record and managing office supplies, deal with office service provider and vendors and any other activities required for smooth functioning of the office.RequirementsBachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field2-3 year Experience in similar role in UAE.Proven experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functionsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient in using accounting software (Preferable if worked in MS Dynamics AX)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and WordKnowledge of payroll processing and relevant government regulationsFamiliarity with administrative tasks and office management
