Job Description

Our client, a reputed supplier of diesel and gases in Dubai region seeks to hire a sales executive to champion their ports and bunkering division. Please find the below KRAs to be eligible for the role.Scope

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fuel sales strategy for bunkering, ports, automotive, and industrial division to increase market share and profitability in target markets.
  • Thorough knowledge in supply and distribution channels of diesel and LPG fuels.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competition in international markets to identify potential sales opportunities and develop sales plans accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners to establish a network of contacts and generate new business leads.
  • Develop and negotiate sales agreements and contracts with international customers and partners.
  • Identify and assess the risks and challenges of doing business in different international markets and develop appropriate risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that products meet the needs of international customers and are competitive in international markets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to measure the success of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales plans as needed.
  • Manage the sales team responsible for international sales, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget for international markets, including forecasting and reporting on sales revenues and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of automotive lubricants, such as import/export laws, product safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Travel to international markets to attend trade shows, meet with customers and partners, and establish a presence in new markets.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing customer needs in international markets, and adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
