Must have demonstrated competence in organizing meaningful schedule (PERT, CPM or Bar Chart Schedules) for minor works or maintenance activities . Responsibilities include the timely accomplishment of all work orders and projects with reports that accurately and clearly explain variations . Responsibilities include preparation of appropriate work orders to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained at the lowest long range cost, and all available manpower is fully utilized. Must be capable' of identifying proper levels of maintenance, materials to use, man hours of each craft to perform proper maintenance. Must be able to manage complete facility and equipment history files. Must have a driver's license from his country of origin and a valid Saudi vehicle operator's license. Must be fluent and literate in the English language.
