A Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A minimum of five (5) years experience in Work Control with industries and/or construction field . Must have demonstrated competence in Modern Work Control procedures and familiarization of field operation . Musthave a minimum of three (3) years experience in computer operations of which two (2) years shall have been in programming. Must have demonstrated competence in developing, modifying and executing programs in modern programming languages like Visual Basic, Visual C++, Cobol languages, Web page designing. Responsibilities include the development or improvement of programs that will fill the requirements of the client. Must also be skillful in interfacing with maintenance supervisors, and managers of all levels to clarify and justify work to be accomplished . Must have a driver's license from his country of Origin and a valid Saudi vehicles operator's license. Must be fluent and literate in the English language
