An Associate Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. A minimum of five (5) years experience in the rehabilitation and repair of reinforced concrete structures . Must be knowledgeable in asphalt I concrete applications and repair. Must be able to organize and supervise all activities in asphalUconcrete repair works, and have the ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and drawings. Must have a driver's license from his country of origin and a valid / expired Saudi vehicle operator's license. Must be literate in the English language.
