Bachelors Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. More than 6 years experience in Utility or other large facility piping system installation or maintenance of which three years is a supervisor.Must be able to plan, organize, and coordinate the work in Main Water Line repairs. Must have hand on experience in various kinds of large size pipe repairs over 1000mm diameter.
