Must have demonstrated competence in using word processing modes to produce meaningful letters and reports as well as general computer terminal operations . Must have competence in MS Office package, specially MS Access . Responsibilities include preparation of letters, reports, alphanumeric data organization and storage. Must be capable of operating PCS and Prime Mainframe Terminals using the following languages : Basic, Info Basic, Simple, Muse, Fortran and Cobol. Must be fluent and literate in the English language
