Job Description

Job Purpose:The Sales Representative is responsible for directly engaging with customers, offering personalized sales consultations, and achieving individual sales targets within the showroom.Key Responsibilities:-Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits.
-Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
-Post-Sales Follow-up:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction after completing a sale.
  • Address any post-sale inquiries or issues that may arise.
-Product Promotion:
  • Actively promote products, special offers, and new arrivals.
  • Monitor product stock and inform customers of availability.
-Sales Reporting:
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Prepare daily or weekly sales reports, and monitor performance using CRM tools.
