The purpose of the job is to help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast the products/services/solutions that are available (the pre-sales role);(the post-sales role).Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning Assistance & Implementation? Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales.? Respond to all incoming (department) sales enquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline.? Organize sales visits as and when required.? Develop long term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements.Pre and Post Sale Activities? Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations.? Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs.? Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education.? Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.Qualification & Experience :- Bachelor Degree In Civil Engineering .- 5+ experience in Sales in a Similar field .- Excellent Communication Skills- Arabic & English Speaker .
