The FM Project Director is responsible for overseeing the facility management operations at a five-star international airport, ensuring excellence in service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role demands a dynamic leader with strong expertise in facility management, operations, and client relations, specifically within an airport environment, capable of managing a diverse team and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance the airport?s operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Strategic Planning:? Develop and implement comprehensive FM strategies tailored to the unique needs of the airport environment and aligned with the airport?s operational goals and client expectations.? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of facility managers, engineers, and support staff to deliver top-tier services specifically in an airport setting.? Establish KPIs and benchmarks specific to airport facility management to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operations.2. Operations Management:? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the airport facilities, ensuring seamless functionality of all systems and services critical to airport operations.? Coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation activities to minimize disruptions to airport operations and enhance the passenger experience.? Ensure compliance with international aviation safety standards, regulations, and environmental policies relevant to airport facilities.3. Client and Stakeholder Management:? Serve as the primary point of contact for airport clients, tenants, airlines, and other stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.? Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention within the airport ecosystem.? Conduct regular meetings with airport stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on operational priorities.4. Budget and Financial Management:?
