Job Responsibilities? Lead the shift when assigned by the Store Manager, taking responsibility for deliveringbrand standards in: Cash management, opening and closing the store, orderingconsumables/ food, monitoring/ customer service, and accepting deliveries? Perform all tasks as defined in the Barista? Train all new team members to Barista level using the Barista Core and Coffee Skills? Check the quality of the espresso by accurately measuring & recording the grind & dose? Ensure that all drinks are made and served to brand standard? Ensure that all coffee equipment is in good working order? Complete a monthly audit of the Coffee Excellence Brand Standards on Costa Check,review scores, and action plan accordingly? Undertake the daily Health and Safety/Food Safety walk round? Brief in & communicate any changes to drinks recipes or the launch of any seasonal drinksand food? Ensure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard
