Employment: Full Time COMPANY: A leading manufacturer and retailer of bathrooms, sanitary ware, and accessories.JOB LOCATION: Leeds, UK.Purpose:To promote, establish and highlight the concepts & products being offered by the company to every customers who visits the showroom.To ensure that Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors and direct Customers who visit the showroom shall endorse and patronize the company in their projects.Deliverables:To educate every customer about the concepts of our brands / products, our USPs, benefits, advantage & features, competition benchmark & value to the customersTo make customer visualize a luxury bathing experience by our brand by using descriptive words, adjectives and powerful metaphorsEngage and escort all customers to the showroom using power statementsTo place our brand in the mind of architects, dealers, walk-in clients who visit the showroomTo understand the needs of the customers and address the same sensiblyTo create further need in the mind of the customers by suggesting more alternatives all possible solutions being provided by the companyTo establish personal rapport with customersMaximize customer engagement appropriately within the storeSubmission of offers, proposals as per the customer requirements in terms of timelinesAdhere to the commercial terms of the companyExplain to the customers about the unique concept of customer care being provided by the companyUpselling and closing the deal with win-win approachOutdoor sales and marketing visits as deemed necessary to maximize the showroom business and exceed personal goalsGenerate creative ideas for business development through the showroomTo meet ones individual Business PlanCoordinate with the distributors sales teams to invite their contacts & possible leads to visit the showroomTo do customer complaints redressal as per SOPTo ensure cleanliness & upkeep of highest standard at the showroomTo introduce & promote new products brought out by the company time to timeTo ensure customers are properly followed-up after their visit to the showroom for generating business Salary: USD 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Have prior experience in luxury retail / top-segment sellingHave earlier worked with the concept of need creationAbility to acquire quick, sound product knowledgeCan quickly build lasting relations with customersExpertise in need identification of customersExpertise in creating brand presence and visibilityExperience of / exposure to concept selling rather than product sellingTo follow up effectively and consistentlyExcellent communication skillsAbility to extract useful information from the customersSolution providing attitudeMaturity to assess and handle situationsResourcefulnessGood Learning abilityAbility to procure leads and cues from everywhere possibleAbility to establish and maintain a wide network of resourcesPolished personality with adequate social etiquette.
