Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Finance Director (Hotel) Opportunity in London, UKLead and manage team of 4 subordinatesProcess both UK and international payments, taking the lead on UK policies and maintaining all aspects of HMRCBe responsible for the Finance Department functions in UK operations which is not limited to a 138-room lifestyle hotel and commercial property investment projects.Act in Advisory role to Chairman & HK management team regarding operations and other investment opportunities in UK within hospitality & commercial real estate sectorsWork closely with Hong Kong HQ while contributing to the overall achievement of business goals and to the profitability of the Hotel through maintenance of a system of accounts and controls.Provide financial analysis and insight to ensure decision-making guided to optimize financial results of operations.Identify and implement appropriate accounting system for hotel operationsProduce monthly management accounts and year end accountsDeliver insightful performance reporting, robust budgeting and financial controlProvide financial support for new debt financing or debt restructuring, interest model forecastingPerform VAT returns and bank reconciliations and analyzing overall finance performanceReview supplier statements and inputting systems for accuracy and efficiency of orderingIdentify risks and opportunities for investment and expansion opportunitiesCommercial modelling of potential deals including revenue, margins and cash flow REQUIREMENTS: British national / British citizenUniversity Degree/Diploma in FinanceCIMA/ACCA qualifiedExperience in London hotel with similar positionExposure working with Asian CompanyStrong leadership experienceExceptional communication skills at all levels.Strong IT skills, awareness of new technologies.Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
