What you will doKey Accountability 1: Compressor maintenance service

Inspection of compressor on site, produce technical report
Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts, overhauling and assembling the compressor
Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts, overhauling and assembling the pump
Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts and assembling of blower
Carryout the field installation, alignment of pump with motor and observe pump operation
Carryout the field installation, alignment of blower and observe operation
Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts and assembling of motor
Run test the compressor, pump & motor in the work shop
Carryout the field installation of compressor and observe the compressor working

Key Accountability 2: QHSE

Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management systems by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard
Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others
Adhere strictly to all safe operating procedures, and safe work instructions- thus preventing potential incidents at all times
Comply with HSE Policy

Key Accountability 5: Behavioural and discipline

Punctuality, time management and proper communication with supervisor, team and customers
Compliance to Company policies and procedure
Contribute to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the good working relationship with clients, client representatives
