Wellhead Field Services LeaderDo you enjoy being part of team that provides high-quality engineering for our customers?Are you passionate about building relationships and ensuring customer success?Join our growing teamAs a global team, we design and deliver surface pressure control equipment, as well as support field maintenance, commissioning and de-commissioning. Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs a Wellhead Field Services Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assemblingand delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management,site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Materials required for field installations.
  • Working closely with the Field services team to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate status to the customer.
  • Reviewing business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Completing customer and internal paperwork.
  • Coordinating shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary.
  • Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches.
  • Handling diverse clients in UAE. Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
Required Qualifications
  • Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have Minimum 10 years of previous relevant Service Experience, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Operational Management Experience, including 5 years of experience in Pressure containing equipments (Wellhead and Christmas Trees) with proper exposure to UAE Wellhead Operations.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders.
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues.
  • Show strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation. Show advanced English level, facility with other languages.
  • Have experience and a proven track record in a similar role.
