To carry out warranty enrolling in the warranty system. To approve workshop preparation estimates on merit. Create and analyse required reports. of the Accountability :? Provide business requirement reporting daily, weekly, monthly and as required? Understand all systems and utilise them to improve business efficiencies and full report automation? Use all relevant data to analyse the claims ratio, preparation costs and feed back to the management? Assist to coordinate the approval process for preparation estimates and QC.? To audit all processes for oppurtunity to ensure compliance to SOP?sQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: School leaving certificate? Preferred automobile technical knowledge? Good in understanding mechanical diagnostic reports of cars? Good understanding of how to create, analyse, and check spreadsheet reporting with ability to automate fullyMinimum Experience:? 2 years in automotive workshop environment as a service advisor preferably handling warranty processJob-Specific Skills:? Automobile technical knowledge? Analytical skills? MS Office Skills? Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.Behavioral Competencies:? Ability to handle high level of activity, diarise and prioritise? Emotional Maturity to handle and satisfy internal and external customers? Sensitivity ,Team Work to excel in a multicultural work environment? Ability to remain focused on the set monthly KPI?s and to be self-driven to achieve and excel them?
