Warranty Administrator | Al Futtaim Auto Center | Dubai |Overview of the role:To provide support to the Tier 2 Auto Centre operations to review, query and approve all warranty claims in alignment with the warranty policies and ensure submissions adhere to internal audit and external 3rd party requirements. Track monthly spend versus available warranty fund and escalate any concerns or repair trends. In addition ensure all warranty work completed within the shortest possible timeframe and minimise the use of loan and hire vehicles. Provide support and coaching to all locations in term of warranty submission, parts sourcing and turnaround time.What you will do:?Evaluate, monitor, and guide in timely submission of all warranty claims raised by Service Advisor to ensure the company?s money debited to warranty repairs is reimbursed at the earliest possible moment.?Liaise with Automall Used Car operations on repairs that fall outside of the policy for local approvals?Timely approval of all warranty claims within 48 hours including sourcing of most cost effective repair option.?Management of the Work In Progress for the Tier 2 operation to ensure all approved warranty jobs are closed and invoiced by month end?Review all sold policies to ensure they match with vehicle sold and conditions have been met
