Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while leading a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety standards.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and periodically review physical inventories to ensure accuracy and accountability• Maintain and update records of all goods received, issued, and in stock• Segregate and label defective or non-conforming parts to prevent misuse• Record and verify all received items against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents• Dispose of expired, obsolete, or waste stock following company procedures• Allocate materials and equipment to projects based on requirements• Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained to support ongoing and upcoming projects• Monitor critical and safety stock levels, anticipating project needs and reorder points• Safeguard all documentation (digital and physical) related to receiving, storage, and delivery of items• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity to ensure compliance with specifications• Communicate with the purchasing department regarding items that reach reorder levels to ensure timely procurement• Plan and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, labeling, stock counting, unloading, and dispatching items• Track the status of materials delivered to the warehouse, project sites, and clients/customers• Prepare and submit required reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Line Manager promptly• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support warehouse and project operationsQualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics procedures• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Office• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse operationsWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package• Professional growth and career development opportunities• Supportive and collaborative work environment
