The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They manage warehouse staff, maintain safety standards, and coordinate logistics to meet organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities, including loading, unloading, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.Operate and oversee warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Implement and improve warehouse processes for efficiency.Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.Train and develop warehouse staff.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management preferred.Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office.Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
