Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatch.Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials and products.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth operations.Prepare reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and operational issues.Implement best practices for warehouse organization and efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.Proven experience as Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot issues effectively.Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in warehouse operations.
