We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Specialist to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching products, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory management processes.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.Organize and store products efficiently in designated warehouse areas.Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.Prepare goods for dispatch, including packaging and labeling.Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.Assist with stock audits and reporting as required.Support team members and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations preferred.Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.Familiarity with warehouse management software and MS Office.Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
