Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.Ensure all operations are executed in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and customer requirements.Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and material handling processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency.Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff across multiple shifts.Plan manpower requirements, allocate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance team capabilities.Inventory & Process ControlEnsure accurate inventory management, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.Implement and monitor SOPs for receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch.Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding inventory issues, discrepancies, and process improvements.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with HSE policies, warehouse safety standards, and local regulations.Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations where required.Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse facilities.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for key 3PL clients regarding warehouse operations.Provide regular operational reports, performance updates, and improvement plans.Collaborate with transport, procurement, and customer service teams for seamless end-to-end logistics.Continuous Improvement & ReportingIdentify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.Monitor and report on KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), order accuracy, warehouse productivity, and shrinkage.Support implementation and enhancement of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and related tools.Requirements10+ years of UAE experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.Strong background in operations, inventory control, and team leadership.Proven experience managing large warehouses and high transaction volumes.Good understanding of WMS systems, logistics processes, and warehouse best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.BenefitsCompetitive salary up to AED 20,000 per month.Additional benefits as per company policy.Opportunity to work with a leading logistics/3PL setup in Dubai.Professional, growth-oriented work environment.
