Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. Maintain cleanliness and uphold standards of hygiene and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.Ensure orders are delivered correctly and at the right temperature.Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Clear tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.Process payments accurately and issue receipts.Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per health regulations.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience and sales.Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
