As a Waiter, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with their needs efficiently and courteously.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and seat them comfortably.Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.Ensure tables are clean and set appropriately for new guests.Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.Upsell menu items and promote special offers.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for billing and cash handling.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Friendly and professional demeanor.
