Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 6 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all the customers.What you will do:

  • Welcome and greet customers and escort them to their tables
  • Make menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information about the restaurant menu
  • Prepare the table by setting up linens, silverwares, and glasses
  • Inform the guests about the special offers and discounts, and upsell additional products when appropriate
  • Responsible on getting and serving food based on the customer?s orders
  • Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
  • Handles customer complaints and endorse them to the manager
  • Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders
  • Collect payments from the customers
  • Work as per duty schedule and shift
  • Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
  • Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues
  • Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards
