Description: Welcoming customers to the coffee shop area and seating the customers, ensuring comfort of the customer2. Able to explain the ingredients contained in products and knowledge of Allergen to ensure customers who are allergic do not consume the food. example Peanuts, shell fish, eggs etc.3. Taking the orders of the customers accurately and repeating the order to ensure there are no errors.4. Ensuring the customer get the order quickly and efficiently with no delays. Pay attention in case the customer requires any other additional item.5. Coordinate with Bakery, Delivery, Pastry, Hot Kitchen, Accounts & Sales department for meeting the different requirements of the customers.6. Making and providing drinks and coffee to customers are needed.7. Handling customer complaints by trying to solve the issue with proper follow up with the authorised person in BakeNmore and recommendations to see how to provide a better service.8. Ordering the supplies of the coffee shop and ensuring these are received accurately and checking the quality and expiry date. Ensure products are kept at acceptable temperatures in the fridge, if necessary, to avoid contamination of products example Milk, Cream etc.9. Using FIFP (First in, First Out) for inventory purposes and point of sales systems.10. Accurate invoicing and payment collection from customers, coordinating with accounts department for any assistance as required.
