Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality 3D visualizations for concept design presentations, client approvals, and tender submissions.Interpret architectural and interior design briefs to develop photo-realistic renders and mood boards.Work closely with architects, interior designers, and branding teams to visualize ultra-luxury interiors & exteriors.Develop materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping for realistic scene rendering.Support the design team with quick conceptual visuals as well as final presentation-quality outputs.Requirements:Expert in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and SketchUp.Strong portfolio of luxury residential visualizations – villas, mansions, or similar high-end projects.Good sense of composition, mood, lighting, and detailing.Ability to work under tight deadlines and revise visuals as per feedback.Background in architecture, interior design, or related field preferred.
