Visual Content CreatorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines for real estate projects, ensuring consistency in design across all materials.?Design digital marketing materials that effectively showcase real estate properties, emphasising their unique features and value propositions.?Responsible for understanding requirements, visualising, and creating visuals for various purposes like social media, websites, presentations etc?Capture photos and videos of properties and agents to meet the online marketing needs.?Edit photos and videos to create suitable content using various softwares and tools.?Update and modify our website as needed.?Work closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate agents, and marketing professionals to align design efforts with project goals.?Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards?Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends?Perform other duties as assigned.Key Skills & Qualifications:?Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.?Over 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or content creation , with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related projects.?Proficiency in graphic design softwares?Strong ability to maintain brand consistency.?Excellent communication skills in English.?Knowledge and experience in branding?Experience in photo and video editing.
