Job Description

Position Title:Visual Arts High School Teacher (Arabic/ English) Employment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus health insurance, air ticket into the UAE and a repatriation ticket at the end of the contractJob Location:UAEAbout the Client: An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAEs public education sector.Successful implementation of the CAA Visual Arts Curriculum across Grades 9-12 and are required to do the following:

  • Deliver the curriculum according to 21st century teaching and learning principles
  • Model and support a learner-centred, hands-on classroom environment that promotes learner engagement and participation
  • Gain an understanding of working with Arab youth
  • Create a positive, active, and creative learning environment that allows learners to express themselves through visual arts
  • Ensure assessments are delivered according to the assessment strategy and guidelines, in a valid and rigorous manner
