The group currently employs 110,000 people worldwide, including nearly 2,400 in Marseille, in its headquarters in Marseilles.According to French law, the VIE is only open to European nationals aged between 18 and 28.Mission : As MEA (Middle East Africa) correspondent, you will represent the Corporate Audit and Risk Advisory department in Dubai Regional Office, being fully integrated to the Global audit department organization.You will be participating to organizational, strategic and added-value audits.Focused on processes improvements through audits and ad-hoc assignments, you will have to audit a large scope of areas, from finance to more operational topics (HR, marketing, operations, documentation, etc.), at MEA level. By doing so, you will contribute to strengthen the footprint of the department locally.You are located in Dubai, under the responsibility of the Head of the Regional office and of the Corporate Audit EMEA Hub team leader.Responsibilities : Based on requests from top management or in accordance with the annual audit plan, you will contribute to financial and operational audits in priority but not limited to entitiesin MEA with attention to internal controls, compliance with corporate policies and financial statements. All CMA CGM brands will be in your scope.You ensure the control of financial and operational risks, through a methodology and studies adapted to your missions.You will identify dysfunctions in order to make diagnoses and propose suggestions, write audit reports and ensure that recommendations are implemented. You will communicate the results of audit projects via written reports and oral presentations to Management.You will coordinate with Risk Advisory team the animation of MEA level.Profile and required skills : According to French law, the VIE is only open to European nationals aged between 18 and 28.You have a postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering (Certified Internal Auditor if possible) and 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a Big 4 audit firm. You have already worked in an international environment and are perfectly fluent in English and in French. Another foreign language would be a plus (Arabic).Knowledge of maritime activities and IFRS norms would be appreciated. Requested IT skills: Microsoft knowledge including in-depth Excel use and database management. Teammate+ knowledge would be appreciated.Strong business acumen and understanding of functional linkages. Good writing skills, along with an analytical mind, an ability to synthesise as well as a critical thinking are key. Working rigorously, combined with creativity and interpersonal tact will enable you to be successful in the performance of your duties.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to motivate, influence and negotiate, with the ability to challenge at a senior level.This position will enable you to develop an excellent corporate knowledge with international career advancement perspectives.Come along on CMA CGM?s adventure !
