Namook is seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our creative team. The role focuses on producing high-performing short-form content across multiple campaigns, ensuring each video is visually engaging, strategically effective, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, creative, and thrives under deadlines while taking feedback positively.Key Responsibilities:Edit short-form content, especially ads, maintaining consistent brand style and storytellingManage multiple editing projects while ensuring quality and timely deliveryWork under strict deadlines to meet project schedulesProvide regular updates and communicate progress effectively with the teamApply design principles, transitions, pacing, and color grading to enhance engagementCollaborate with creative and account teams to deliver edits aligned with campaign goalsEdit and deliver 2–4 short-form videos daily, depending on workloadMaintain consistent quality in alignment with the brand’s visual identity and toneComplete revisions within 24 hours of receiving feedbackRequirements:Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCutSkilled in animating text and basic motion graphics in After EffectsStrong understanding of color grading and visual compositionFamiliarity with Frame.io, Notion, and Google Drive workflowsExperience editing for performance-based campaignsExcellent creative editing sense with strong pacing, rhythm, and retention skills for social mediaAbility to follow reference sheets and structured workflowsExcellent timing, audio sync, and sound design skillsStrong communication skills and adaptability to feedback
