United Arab Emirates, a leading building materials company is hiring!Position: (Ready-Mix)Location: DubaiJOB PURPOSE:The role is to be responsible for developing Ready-Mix (Concrete) Value Added Products sales in Dubai and Abu Dhabi regions and providing superior customer experience.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers specializing in special products applications.• Increase the number of customers by developing solid projects and potential customers database for current & future projects in the market.• Negotiate agreements with customers and provide technical support after sales.• Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery process, its quality, credit agreement and payment terms among others.• Create Value Proposition focused on Value Added Products application/usage.• Coordinate closely with other departments and external stakeholders.• Ensure sales targets for special products are met.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education / Professional Experience• Bachelor’s Degree• At least 3-5 years’ working experience in the same field• English language proficiency is a must (Arabic language is a plus)Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:• In depth knowledge of Ready-Mix industry• Understands special products and their application• Highly proficient computer skills (Advanced in Excel, Power Point)• Excellent communication skillsPersonal Attributes:• Problem solver that seeks the best solution• Team player – works well with others and can collaborate across functions• Detail-oriented, well organized, and responsible with an aptitude for problem solving• Ethical and high compliant with policies and with high standard of integrity in all business dealings
