Job descriptionCharterhouse is currently working with a major Real Estate Advisory firm who has offices throughout the UAE and Worldwide. Our client is looking to hire a MRICS Valuation Surveyor to be based in their Dubai Office.About the roleReporting to the valuations Director, your main responsibilities will be to maintain a high standard of client service delivery and excellent technical competence as well as assist in business generation where possible.You will also attend regular client meetings, undertake property inspections, research and prepare property valuations.About youThe successful candidate should have experience as a valuation surveyor and have MRICS qualification. You should have minimum of 1 year?s relevant post qualified experience and ideally have worked on various types of properties including commercial, residential and industrial.This is an excellent opportunity to work with an international organisation with an enviable reputation for success.
