Our Pressure Pumping product line is a vital player in this oil & gas industry.Partner with the bestAs a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection by enabling flawless accomplishment, on time delivery and cash collection.As a Service Delivery Manager , you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
  • Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast.
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume.
  • Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.
  • Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
  • Overseeing the budget and P&L for the area of responsibility.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant, related subject.
  • Have more than 10 years of experience in oil field services
  • Have previous technical experience in TRS fie
  • Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
  • Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
