Key Responsibilities:Student Support & Counseling:?Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.?Develop personalized support plans for students dealing with stress, anxiety, behavioral issues, or personal difficulties.?Facilitate workshops on topics such as stress management, bullying prevention, resilience, and emotional intelligence.Qualifications & Experience:?Must be a UAE National with a Family Book.Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.?Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a school or educational setting.?Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and educational psychology.?Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.?Support students in crisis situations, ensuring their immediate and long-term well-being.
