  • Prepare and submit all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies
  • Proactively manage the timely renewal of all employment visas and labour permits
  • Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents
  • Provide Company NOC letters and Sponsor letters generated by the AXS online system
  • Support with offline applications, i.e. labor cards, transfers etc
  • Maintenance of visa portals, inc. top up, quota removal, cost tracking

  • Provide 24/48hrs response time for visa queries from employees and management
