Key Responsibilities: Provide travel advice and recommend destinations, packages, and accommodations.Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours for clients.Process travel documents, visas, and necessary paperwork.Handle client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues.Keep updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and promotional offers.Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.Upsell and promote travel packages and services.Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, and visa requirements.Proficiency in booking systems and MS Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
