  • Ensure the sharing of load forecasts and verify the load capacity and available space with partners.
  • Alert your team in case of over or underutilization of CMA CGM load capacities.
  • Produce statistics by port of call and by final destination, on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
  • Coordinate and execute all transshipment related tasks.
  • Send forecast to feeder?s operators in case of 3PF/ external feeders.
  • Check that cargo for outgoing vessels is booked to the correct POD terminal (discharge instructions)
  • Update journey leg if required
  • Manage TS Cargo & connections (including renomination and specials & shunting).
  • Check that required cargo details are available for transshipment (e.g. Verified Gross Mass, hazardous approval and certification) and if information is missing, advise booking agent and POL to update information in the system
  • Manage transshipment containers customs clearance.
  • Follow-up on TS shuts-out and qualify short shipment for memo booking in case of need.
  • Report forecast on transshipment cargo to Cargo Flow (e.g. cargo booked on vessels).
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE:
  • You have a Bachelor?s Degree in Logistics Transport and you have at least a 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and have a good command of office and IT tools.
  • Your team spirit associated with your curiosity, your organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as your responsiveness will enable you to succeed in your mission.
