Transport Officer |AMW | Union PlaceKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of payment vouchers outsourced service providers (security, Janitorial, tea service, pest controls etc.) and utility bills in AMW Group locations
Checking the accuracy of attendance sheets outsourced services of all AMW locations and preparation of vouchers for timely settlement
Preparation of payment for annual turn-over tax and trade licenses of AMW Head Office for timely settlement.
Monitoring, control and reporting of all routing activities of outsourced services related to HSSE
Support to maintain the safety standards to ensure a safe work environment in AMW Head Office premises
Supporting to maintain security standards in AMW HO and group locations by conducting routine/non-routine and unannounced security check ups and attending to special incidents / requirements.
