Job Position – Transport In ChargeCompany Name – Gulf Model SchoolTo oversee and manage the school’s transportation operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in school transport management, ensuring safety, punctuality, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily school transport operations, ensuring timely and safe movement of students and staffManage, schedule and monitor bus routes, drivers, and conductorsCoordinate with RTA, KHDA, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with school transport regulationsConduct regular safety checks, vehicle inspections and ensure timely maintenanceMaintain accurate records of bus logs, student lists, driver rosters, and transport documentationHandle parent queries related to transport routes, timings and safety concernsEnsure all drivers and conductors follow school and safety protocolsPrepare transport reports for school managementCoordinate with HR for driver shifts, leaves, documentation and renewalsRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in school transport managementStrong understanding of RTA / School Transport guidelinesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage a large team of drivers and conductorsStrong problem-solving skills with quick decision-making abilityGood command of English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage)Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
