Our client is a Retailcompany. They are now looking for Trainer to join them. Roles & Responsibilities

To meet the needs of retail managers, regularly formulate regular training and strengthening plans for the sales team and give training assessments.
According to the retail managers work plan, cooperate with the formulation of sales target achievement plan and management plan for store personnel, and supervise the implementation.
Assist the company in implementing sales, promotional policies, marketing activities and other plans to ensure continuous sales growth

Preference

Strong communication, coordination and learning skills, good image and temperament, lively and outgoing, good at communication, strong principles, strong execution and expansion skills.
More than two years of sales experience in the retail industry
Two years or more of retail training experience
