Connecting millions of users across the country, we are committed to delivering the best online search experience.We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Trainer with a fresh outlook to join our Bayut Academy at Dubai. You will be responsible for analysing skills in the market, designing new courses, and training real estate agents across the UAE.What will you be doing

  • Create training materials and curriculum to improve the skill set of estate agents in the UAE and around multiple topics.
  • Stay informed of day-to-day tasks, procedures and challenges of estate agents across the UAE and create curriculum and workshops to improve structure and alleviate challenges.
  • Create training curriculum and videos to engage agents, admins and marketing leads.
  • Create curriculum to increase and improve adoption of Bayut products.
  • Engage with clients to increase call answer rates, initial response and improve questions to increase conversions.
  • Create a defacto on-boarding process for new agents in Dubai while engaging with established agents across the UAE.
  • Meld soft skills and real estate specific training materials.
