Trainee Project Buyer & Bids Support

Job Description

- Responsible for Direct Procurement interaction and involvement within the KSA Projects- Initiates RfP, Supplier Selection and PO issuance to local suppliers- Delivers on Time, on Cost and on Quality for supplied products and/or services in line with the technical requirements.- Leads a compliant supplier selection process according to Airbus regulations & processes- Responsible to archive the local procurement POs/Contracts (files & Google Drive)- Manage and follow any actions between the internal customers and the suppliers- Manage the Direct Project Procurement forecasts and align with Financial controlling where necessary- Support the Bid Procurement Manager and Sales teams for local opportunities with KSA customers, and where applicable in other countries in the region- Bachelors Degree (Business or Supply Chain desirable)- Good Arabic & English communication and negotiation skills- Good analytical & reporting skills- Understands economic, cultural and market in Saudi Arabia- Good creative ability and an eye for detail- Excellent business, planning and organizational skillsThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Defence and Space Saudi LimitedEmployment Type:Apprenticeship-------Experience Level:Entry LevelJob Family:Sourcing, Buying and Ordering By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
