This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate attendance records, manpower tracking, and payroll-related data to support smooth site operations.Department: Site Administration / HR SupportEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole Purpose:The Timekeeper will be responsible for closely monitoring attendance, working hours, overtime, and manpower records for site workers and staff. The role supports payroll accuracy, workforce movement tracking, and regular site reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities:Attendance & Workforce Monitoring:Record and verify daily attendance using biometric systems along with manual verificationMonitor idle manpower and report productivity or utilization concernsTrack manpower mobilization, transfers, and site reassignmentsPayroll & Data Accuracy:Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance, overtime, and leave reportsProvide accurate and timely data to support payroll processingAssist in identifying and resolving attendance or payroll discrepanciesHR & Site Support:Support HR activities related to leave, vacation planning, and return-to-work coordinationAssist with staff and worker movement based on project requirementsReport absenteeism, late arrivals, and other attendance-related issuesData, Systems & Documentation:Monitor biometric attendance systems and ensure data accuracy and reliabilityPrepare manpower summaries and detailed reportsCoordinate with the Site Document Controller to ensure proper filing and documentationRequirements:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline2–4 years of relevant experience in construction projects preferredHands-on experience with biometric attendance systems and payroll dataStrong MS Excel and general computer skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
