Job purpose Attend Joints surgeries and support surgeons and nurses whenever needed. Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BP. Duties & Responsibilities Support Surgeons and nurses in Joint Replacement surgeries in operation Theater Provide needed product information Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BP Train surgeons and nurses on Joints instrumentation through extensive workshops and demos Reporting competition activities in the market Adhere to company reporting system Coordinate and conduct marketing activities as per marketing strategy Specific requirements Strong technical Orthopedics and Joints Reconstruction skills High level target commitment Perform demonstrations, workshops and marketing activities Compliant and CREDO driven person Report any non-compliances or deviation to the Business Quality and Compliance department Qualifications Experience Required Orthopaedics Joints Reconstruction Experience min. 3 years Medical background is preferred Proven track record in Joints, penetration, conversion and achieving BP Excellent Orthopedics customer relationship Knowledge of UAE market is preferred Strong financial acumen Joints Replacement Experience High level integrity and CREDO driven High level of compliance Driving License Leadership Behaviors Required LIVE OUR CREDO: Puts the needs of Our Credo stakeholders first, pursues the highest standards of quality, safety, compliance & ethics and Ensures everyday actions contribute to Our Purpose CONNECT: Builds internal and external relationships based on respect, Collaborates openly across boundaries and acts as a team player.
